Lessons v. Leasing v. Owning
What you need to know
What you need to know
When do you need to own your own horse?
EEEA horses are specifically trained to be low level school horses, not performance horses. They are not permitted to jump more than 2 ft or be ridden for more than 60 minutes per ride. If you or your rider are interested in doing more than what EEEA horses can do, it’s time to look for your own horse. This can include bringing a horse in on a lease. Please contact Emily and/or Lauren to discuss further if your rider falls into this category.
Benefits to owning your own horse
Horse and rider are more in tune with each other
Freedom to go and do what you want
No scheduling ride time or sharing horses and tack
Ability to move up the levels as you and your horse progress together
